ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS. SEE SECTION 11 FOR DETAILS.
1. Eligibility/Participation: The 2026 YESWAY and ALLSUP’s Spin-to-Win Game & Sweepstakes (the “Game” or “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the U.S. in one of the following States: Arizona, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, or Wyoming (“Eligibility Area”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of September 9, 2026. Employees, directors and officers of BW Gas & Convenience Retail, LLC d/b/a Yesway (“Sponsor” or “Game Administrator”), Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc. (“Prize Partner”), Amp Agency c/o Upshot LLC (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), and any of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, and stepsiblings, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household, of any of the foregoing, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that: (1) you have read and understand the Official Rules; (2) you meet the Sweepstakes eligibility requirements as explained in the Official Rules; (3) you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions, located at https://yesway.com/terms-conditions/, and Privacy Policy, located at https://yesway.com/privacy-policy/; and (4) you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by the decisions of Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on September 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on November 3, 2026 or immediately upon award of all Spin(s), whichever comes first (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Game Administrator will keep the official clock for the Spin-to-Win Game.
3. How To Play: During the Sweepstakes Period, the Game utilizes Digital Spin to Win opportunities (“Spin(s)” or “Play(s)”) that can be played on a computer, tablet or smartphone. Every Spin reveals your Yesway & Allsup’s Rewards (“Rewards”) prize, which include product(s), fuel rewards, or entry into a drawing for Sweepstakes Prizes. There is a limit of a maximum of thirty (30) Spins per day, per account. All Spins must be taken by 11:59:59 PM CT on Tuesday, November 3rd. There are three methods to enter the Spin to Win Game:
A. In-Store Qualifying Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, enter your phone number when purchasing a Dr Pepper 20oz bottle or fountain drink at any Allsup’s or Yesway Store (“Participating Locations”) to earn your Spin. Opportunities to Spin are automatically delivered to the Rewards account for the authorized phone number provided at the time of your qualifying Rewards purchase. If you are not enrolled in Yesway & Allsup’s Rewards, you can enroll at www.yeswayallsupsrewards.com or by downloading the mobile app at Google Play or the Apple App Store. Creation of an account on the App is free. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. For the avoidance of doubt, you have not “Played” the Game until you complete the required entry information and reveal a winning or non-winning message. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Plays, by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, accounts, logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s Plays and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated, programmed, robotic or similar system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
B. Mail-in Entry (No Purchase): To submit an entry by mail, hand print your first and last name, date of birth, residence address, telephone number associated with your Yesway & Allsup’s Rewards account (if applicable), and email address on a 3” x 5” card; place the card in an envelope with proper first-class postage affixed; and mail it to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period (beginning September 9, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. CT and ending November 3, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT) and received by November 6, 2026. There is a limit of one (1) 3” x 5” card per stamped outer envelope. Each properly submitted mail-in entry equals one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Please allow reasonable time for postal processing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received during the Sweepstakes Period to qualify. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail-in entries.
For methods that award Spins, you will receive an email or text notifying that your Spin(s) are available. Follow the instructions to complete your Spin(s) and reveal your results.
C. Smiles Redemption Entry (No Purchase): Yesway & Allsup’s Rewards members may redeem two hundred fifty (250) Smiles in the App to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. For every additional 250 Smiles redeemed in a single or separate redemption, you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry (for example, 500 Smiles = 2 entries; 750 Smiles = 3 entries). Smiles redemptions are processed instantly, are deducted from the member’s account, and are final and non-refundable. Smiles have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers or reinstated for any reason, including if the Sweepstakes is canceled or if an entry is voided. The member’s account must be active and in good standing at the time of redemption. The daily limit described in the Online Entry subsection does not apply to Smiles Redemption Entries; entries via Smiles are awarded per full 250-Smiles increment redeemed.
During the Sweepstakes Period, each time a participant successfully Plays the Spin-to-Win Game, regardless of the outcome, that person will receive at least one (1) sweepstakes entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes prize random drawing (the “Prize Drawing”)Entrants can therefore receive a maximum of 1,680 Entries (30 per day) into the Prize Drawing by Playing the Spin-to-Win Game throughout the Sweepstakes Period..
4. SPIN-TO-WIN GAME PRIZE WINNERS/PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Each Spin wins instant product(s) or fuel savings rewards (“Instant Prizes”) or entry into a drawing for Sweepstakes Prizes. Instant Prizes will be automatically loaded onto the Rewards account allowing the bearer to redeem the prize at a Participating Location. Sponsor will verify such potential prize winners as official. The Instant Prizes are detailed in the following chart. Each fuel savings reward is subject to a maximum of 15 gallons. In the event there are not enough eligible Game Plays in order to award all prizes, such prizes will remain un-awarded. Product prizes have approximate retail values ranging from $2.09 to $75.00. Product prizes are subject to availability. All product prizes must be redeemed by the close of business of any Participating Location on November 18, 2026. All fuel award prizes must be redeemed by the close of business of any Participating Location within thirty (30) days of the date the prize was awarded. Not all product prize selections may be claimed or redeemed. A Spin that does not win an Instant Prize will instead award Sweepstakes Entries into the Prize Drawing, and the participant will be served with a message indicating the number of Entries received, in the amount of five (5), ten (10), or twenty (20) Entries.

TOTAL PRIZES: The total approximate retail values of all available prizes, including the Sweepstakes Prizes noted below, is three hundred fifty-eight thousand six hundred fifty dollars (ARV: $358,650).
Spin-to-Win winners are subject to verification of eligibility. The number of available prizes will decrease as prizes are awarded throughout the Sweepstakes Period; therefore, the odds of winning are based upon the number and timing of Game Plays received.
5. SPIN-TO-WIN PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: A participant is not an official Spin-to-Win prize winner, even if a winning message should so indicate, unless and until participant’s eligibility has been confirmed and verification is complete, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.
6. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): On or about one (1) business day after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a prize drawing from among all eligible entries, to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner and one (1) First Prize Winner (“Prize Winners”). One (1) Grand Prize game winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive an All-Terrain Vehicle (the “Grand Prize”) (ARV: $10,000). One (1) First Prize game winner (“First Prize Winner” and together with the Grand Prize Winner, the “Prize Winners”) will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2026 SEC Football Championship Game on December 5, 2026 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA (the “First Prize” and together with the Grand Prize, the “Sweepstakes Prizes”). The prize includes a two (2) night stay at a hotel (one, standard-double occupancy room), and two (2) Pre-Game Party Passes. The total ARV of the First Prize is three thousand six-hundred dollars (ARV $3,600). First Prize Winner must use accommodations on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or First Prize will be forfeited. Accommodations are subject to availability. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses, are the responsibility solely of First Prize Winner. Travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older or a minor under the guardianship of the First Prize Winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. First Prize Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. First Prize Winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets may be subject to their standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting ticket prize, First Prize Winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke or terminate any portion of the First Prize, including hotel accommodations and event tickets, if the First Prize Winner or travel companion engages in conduct that Sponsor deems inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, or that violates venue policies, hotel policies, or applicable law. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the ticket(s). The Prize Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 (if applicable) at the end of the tax year in which they accepted the applicable prize for the actual value of the prize awarded.
7. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor or Administrator by email, mail, or by phone. Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and will be required to complete any applicable tax forms, and except where prohibited, Publicity Release (“Declaration”) within two (2) business days of notification. If potential Prize Winners fail to return the completed Declaration within two (2) business days of notification attempt, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, or if potential Grand Prize Winner and/or First Prize Winner is deemed ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, then potential Grand Prize Winner and/or First Prize Winner will forfeit the prize. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries, but is not obligated to do so. If a potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted via the email provided upon Game Play, fails to confirm necessary information within the time period required, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, then potential Prize Winner will forfeit the prize. A participant is not an official Prize Winner until participant’s eligibility has been confirmed and verification is complete, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. All winners are subject to verification of eligibility. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Use of automated Game Play devices or programs is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Spin-to-Win Game prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash by winners. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) for a prize of comparable or equal value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on a prize, are solely the responsibility of the applicable winner. If, due to an error of any kind, there are more valid Instant Prize claims received for any prize level than the number set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received for such prize to award the number stated in these Official Rules. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes listed in these Official Rules be awarded. ARV is as of date of publishing of these Official Rules. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner acknowledges that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. The decisions of Sweepstakes Administrator and Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential Prize Winners are not an official winner unless and until Sponsor/Administrator confirms such. Should the Spin-to-Win Game (or any portion thereof) be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Plays or prize claims, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Spin-to-Win Game and, if terminated, at its discretion, award all Spin-to-Win Game prizes claimed properly prior to the expiration date and any unclaimed prizes from all eligible, non-suspect, non-winning Plays received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning Play will be declared based upon the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of Play and they must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) for a prize of greater or equal value. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE INVOLVED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. GENERAL TERMS/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ENTRANTS OR WINNERS OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY A WINNER THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNER OR SPONSOR INTO DISREPUTE (IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH PRIZE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES AND FORFEITURE OF ANY PRIZE. By entering, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator and any of their respective affiliates, bottlers, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, and officers, directors, employees and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind, including property damage, personal injury, and death, arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties assume no responsibility for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate Entries, direct messages, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or other services, providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any platform or website, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of a prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including (but not limited to) if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If such cancelation occurs, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the prize winners from among all eligible Entries submitted prior to cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated tweets, comments, posts, statuses, and votes are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it suspects or finds: (i) to have used a software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online entry; (ii) to have tampered with the participation process or the operation of this Sweepstakes; (iii) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; (iv) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (v) to have provided inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes. Released Parties: (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any claims, losses, damages or injuries of any kind (including death) resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use/misuse or inability to use the Grand Prize or First Prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the Prize, including, without limitation, to such Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Released Parties shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors; (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Released Parties; or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Released Parties. Failure of Sponsor to enforce any provision herein shall not be deemed a waiver of such. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. If a court, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, shall hold any of the provisions of these Official Rules to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
10. GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering, you grant the Released Parties the irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive right to use, display, print, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, promote, and provide access to any entry materials, including, but not limited to, your name, image, photograph, likeness, biographical information, voice, and any prize-related content for advertising, promotional, publicity, and other commercial purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entry materials become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
11. GOVERNING LAW/VENUE: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN TEXAS. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF. THE RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED IN PROMOTIONAL LAW AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN TEXAS.
