2. Eligibility/Participation: The 2024 McCafé At Home x Lunay Social Sweepstakes Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal U.S. legal residents currently residing in the fifty (50) states including the District of Columbia (“Eligibility Area”); who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of their entry (“Entrant”). Franchisees and employees, directors and officers of Keurig Green Mountain Inc. (“Sponsor”), Advantage Marketing Partners, DBA Amp Activate c/o Upshot LLC (“Administrator”) and any of their respective affiliates, franchisees, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household, of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Employees (and their family members and/or household relatives) of any retailer are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Void outside the Eligibility Area and wherever prohibited, or otherwise restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. 3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 26, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 3, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter: To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, an Instagram account, a web-enabled mobile device (e.g., iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, Android, etc.) (each, an “Eligible Device”), and Internet access are required for entry. If you don’t already have an Instagram account, visit http://www.instagram.com/ to create one. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Instagram Terms of Service (http://instagram.com/legal/terms/) in order to create your Instagram account. It is free to create an Instagram account. Entrants must have their account settings set to public and be a follower of Lunay’s Instagram account at @Lunay. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, you must comment in response to the @Lunay Instagram post asking fans to comment below the post and tag one (1) friend who loves coffee with the hashtag #CafecitoConLunaySweepstakes. All hashtags/content submitted shall herein be referred to as the entry (the “Entry”). There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Method, per person throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account. Incomplete Entries, Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, Entries that do not fully comply with these Official Rules, including, without limitation the submission guidelines (“Submission Guidelines”) detailed below, or Entries which subvert the entry process, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will not be eligible. Proof of submission of post does not constitute proof of delivery or Entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person, regardless of email address used, in excess of the above stated limitation, will be void. All Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. The computer clock of the Administrator is the official timekeeping device. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. Using the above referenced hashtag in your post constitutes your consent to these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor, and not to Instagram.

5. Submission Guidelines: Each Entry that is submitted to this Sweepstakes must comply with the following Submission Guidelines to be eligible. Any Entry that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, violates these Official Rules or the Submission Guidelines below will be disqualified and/or will not be eligible to win a prize.

The Entry MUST, in the sole discretion of Sponsor:

Be written in English.

The Entry must NOT, in the sole discretion of Sponsor:

Contain material that violates or infringes upon another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademark or copyright infringement), without permission;
Disparage Sponsor or its products or services, Sponsor’s competitors or their products or services, or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes;
Contain company names, product names, brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which participant has a limited license to use for this Sweepstakes;
Contain the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any celebrities and/or other public or private figure, living or dead, without permission;
Contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, profane, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, controversial or libelous;
Contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
Contains material that markets claims about Sponsor’s products that are untruthful, false, unsubstantiated, or unapproved by Sponsor;
Contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to applicable laws or regulations; and/or
Contain material in which the Released Parties do not wish to associate themselves with, in their sole discretion.

6. Prize Drawing/Prize/Actual Retail Value (“ARV”): On or about two (2) business days after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random Prize Drawing from among all eligible Entries received (“Prize Drawing”), to select one (1) potential Prize Winner. Once confirmed, as detailed below, each Prize Winner will receive a two (2) flight tickets roundtrip coach airfare for the winner and a guest totaling one thousand two hundred dollars (ARV: $1,200), two (2) night stay in a double occupancy room at a hotel as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion totaling eight hundred dollars (ARV: $800), a five hundred dollar gift card to be used towards transportation, food and any other expenses (ARV: $500), two (2) tickets for Mentirosa Thursdays featuring Lunay event at LIV Nightclub Fontainebleau in Miami, Florida (ARV: $50), two (2) VIP Backstage Pass Fan Experience with Lunay for a private morning soundcheck session (ARV:$500), one (1) Keurig® K-Cafe Barista Bar brewer (ARV $139.99) and five 10-12ct boxes of McCafe at Home® assorted flavors K-Cup® pods (ARV $57.45). The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the sweepstakes is three thousand two hundred forty-seven dollars and forty-four cents (ARV: $3,247.44). In the event there are not enough eligible Entries to award the prize, Sponsor retains the right to not award the Prize. The decisions of Administrator and Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No transfer or substitution for the Grand Prize, will be permitted. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided in this Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners. All Grand Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Accommodations are subject to availability. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of Prize winner. Travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Prize winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prize winner will not be reimbursed for any part of the prizing. All parts of the prizing may be subject to its standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting the Prize, Prize winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the airfare ticket. Prize winner and guest will be required to comply with all venue rules and regulations, including all COVID-19 protocols in effect at the venue and hotel during duration of trip. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize as determined by Sponsor. Prize winner and guest fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from accepting a Prize in this Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the applicable Prize winner. The Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the tax year in which they accepted the Prize for the actual value of the Prize awarded. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the airfare ticket(s). Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The decisions of Administrator and Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential Prize winner is not an official winner unless and until Sponsor/Administrator confirms such. Odds of winning a Prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Prize Winner Notification/Verification: Potential Prize winner must comply with these Official Rules as published in order to be confirmed as an official winner and accept their Prize. Sponsor and/or Administrator will not accept any screen shots or other proof in lieu of their verification process, and all decisions of Sponsor/Administrator are final and binding. On or about one (1) day after the Prize Drawing Sponsor or Administrator will notify the potential Prize winner via Instagram Private Message and will be asked to provide additional information back to the Sponsor/Administrator, including email address (note: in order to receive such direct message, you may have to have your account settings set to “unprotected” or “public”). Potential Prize winner must respond within two (2) calendar days of such attempted notification, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected and notified. Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential Prize winner two (2) times during a two (2) calendar day period. Noncompliance within this time period or return of Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected, from among remaining eligible Entries, if any.

8. General Terms/Limitation of Liability: Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, jumbled, incorrect, or inaccurate posts/Entries, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or other services, providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including Instagram), including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error(s) in administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including (but not limited to) if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If such cancelation occurs, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Prize Winners from among all eligible Entries submitted prior to cancellation. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor are final. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated Entries, comments, posts and statuses are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they suspect or find: (i) to have used a software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated Entry; (ii) to have tampered with the participation process or the operation of this Sweepstakes; (iii) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; (iv) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (v) to have provided inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR APPLICATION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. In the event that a court, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, shall hold any of the provisions of these Official Rules to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.

Governing Law/Venue: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN MASSACHUSETTS. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MASSACHUSETTS. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.

Contener material que promueva la intolerancia, el racismo, el odio o el daño contra cualquier grupo o individuo, o promueva la discriminación por motivos de raza, género, religión, nacionalidad, discapacidad, orientación sexual o edad;
Contener material que comercialice afirmaciones sobre los productos del Patrocinador que sean engañosas, falsas, sin fundamento o no aprobadas por el Patrocinador;
Contener material ilegal, que infrinja o sea contrario a las leyes o normativas aplicables; y
Contener material con el que las Partes exentas no deseen asociarse a su exclusivo criterio.

6. Sorteo de premio/Premio/Valor minorista real (“ARV”): Aproximadamente dos (2) días laborales después de que haya finalizado el Período de vigencia del sorteo, el Administrador, una agencia de evaluación independiente, realizará un Sorteo de premios aleatorio entre todas las Entradas elegibles recibidas (“Sorteo de premios”) para seleccionar un (1) posible ganador del Premio. Una vez confirmado, como se detalla a continuación, cada Ganador del premio recibirá dos (2) billetes de avión de ida y vuelta en clase turista para el ganador y un acompañante por un total de mil doscientos dólares (ARV: $1,200), dos (2) noches de estadía en una habitación doble en un hotel según determine, a su exclusivo criterio, el Patrocinador por un total de ochocientos dólares (ARV: $800), una tarjeta regalo de quinientos dólares para transporte, comida y otros gastos (ARV: $500), dos (2) pases para el evento Mentirosa Thursdays con Lunay en el LIV Nightclub Fontainebleau de Miami, Florida (ARV: $50), dos (2) pases VIP Backstage Pass Fan Experience con Lunay para una sesión matinal privada de prueba de sonido (ARV: $500), una (1) cafetera Keurig® K-Cafe Barista Bar (ARV $139.99) y cinco cajas de 10-12 unidades de cápsulas K-Cup® McCafe at Home® de sabores variados (ARV $57.45). El Ganador del premio no recibirá la diferencia entre el valor minorista real y el aproximado. No se reembolsará al ganador ninguna parte del premio. Todas las responsabilidades fiscales federales, estatales y de otros tipos que surjan de la aceptación de un Premio en este Sorteo son responsabilidad exclusiva del Ganador del premio correspondiente. El Ganador del premio puede recibir un Formulario 1099 del IRS al final del año fiscal en el que aceptó el Premio por el valor real del Premio concedido. Los pases no pueden revenderse ni ofrecerse para la reventa. 7. Notificación/verificación del ganador del Premio: El posible Ganador del premio debe cumplir con el Reglamento oficial publicado para ser confirmado como ganador oficial y aceptar su Premio. El Patrocinador y el Administrador no aceptarán capturas de pantalla u otras pruebas en lugar de su proceso de verificación, y todas las decisiones del Patrocinador o el Administrador son definitivas y vinculantes. Aproximadamente un (1) día después del Sorteo, el Patrocinador o Administrador notificará al posible ganador del Premio a través de un mensaje privado de Instagram y se le pedirá que proporcione información adicional al Patrocinador o Administrador, incluida la dirección de correo electrónico (nota: para recibir dicho mensaje directo, es posible que tenga que tener la configuración de su cuenta en “desbloqueada” o “pública”). El posible Ganador del premio deberá responder en el plazo de dos (2) días hábiles a partir de la fecha de intento de notificación, de lo contrario, perderá el derecho al premio y se seleccionará y notificará a un posible ganador alternativo. El Patrocinador realizará dos (2) intentos durante dos (2) días hábiles de contactarse con el posible Ganador del premio. El incumplimiento dentro de este plazo o la devolución de la notificación del Premio como no entregado dará lugar a la descalificación sin previo aviso y se podrá seleccionar un ganador alternativo de entre las Entradas elegibles restantes, si las hubiera.

8. Términos generales/limitación de responsabilidad: El incumplimiento de cualquier parte de este Reglamento oficial podrá resultar en la descalificación. El Patrocinador no asume ninguna responsabilidad por publicaciones o Entradas tardías, perdidas, desordenadas, incorrectas o imprecisas, ya sean causadas por cualquiera de los equipos o programación asociados o utilizados en este Sorteo o por cualquier error humano. El Patrocinador no es responsable de ningún problema o desperfecto técnico de cualquier red o línea telefónica, sistemas en línea de computación, servidores u otros servicios, proveedores, equipos de computación, software, falla de cualquier correo electrónico, problemas técnicos o congestión del tráfico en Internet o en cualquier sitio web (inclusive Instagram), incluyendo, sin limitación, cualquier tipo de daño a la computadora del participante o de otras personas que esté relacionado con el Sorteo o resulte de la participación en este. El Patrocinador no es responsable de ningún error tipográfico o cualquier otro error en la administración del Sorteo o en el anuncio del ganador del premio. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de cancelar o modificar el Sorteo por cualquier motivo, lo que incluye (sin limitarse a esto) si, por algún motivo, el Sorteo no puede ejecutarse según lo planeado, ya sea por infección por virus informáticos, errores, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, fraude, fallas técnicas o cualquier otra causa fuera del control del Patrocinador que corrompa o afecte la administración, seguridad, equidad, integridad o conducta adecuada de este Sorteo. Si ocurre dicha cancelación, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de determinar a los Ganadores del premio de entre todas las Entradas elegibles enviadas antes de la cancelación. ADVERTENCIA: CUALQUIER INTENTO POR PARTE DE CUALQUIER INDIVIDUO DE DAÑAR DELIBERADAMENTE CUALQUIER SITIO WEB O APLICACIÓN O DE OBSTACULIZAR LA OPERACIÓN LEGÍTIMA DEL SORTEO SERÁ CONSIDERADO UNA VIOLACIÓN DE LAS LEYES PENALES Y CIVILES Y, SI SE REALIZARA TAL INTENTO, EL PATROCINADOR SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE RECLAMARLE UNA COMPENSACIÓN POR DAÑOS HASTA EL MÁXIMO ALCANCE PERMITIDO POR LA LEY A LA PERSONA QUE LLEVASE A CABO DICHA TENTATIVA. Las Partes exentas e Instagram no serán responsables de ningún daño o lesión, pérdida, gasto, accidente, retraso, inconveniente o irregularidad que pueda ser provocada o generada por (1) cualquier acto u omisión indebido, negligente, no autorizado por parte de cualquier agente, asistente, empleado o contratista independiente; (2) cualquier acto u omisión indebido, negligente, no autorizado por parte de cualquier persona o entidad que no sea un empleado de las Partes exentas; o (3) por cualquier otra causa, condición o evento de cualquier tipo que esté más allá del control de las Partes exentas. El hecho de que el Patrocinador no haga cumplir cualquier disposición del presente documento no se considerará una renuncia a dicha disposición. BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA, NINGÚN PARTICIPANTE PODRÁ OBTENER PREMIOS POR DAÑOS Y, POR EL PRESENTE, LOS PARTICIPANTES RENUNCIAN A TODOS LOS DERECHOS DE RECLAMAR DAÑOS PUNITORIOS, INCIDENTALES, CONSECUENTES, ESPECIALES, INDIRECTOS, EJEMPLARES O DE CUALQUIER TIPO. EN NINGÚN CASO EL PATROCINADOR SERÁ RESPONSABLE ANTE NINGÚN PARTICIPANTE O GANADOR POR DAÑOS QUE EXCEDAN EL VALOR DEL PREMIO QUE SE OTORGARÁ A UN PARTICIPANTE INDIVIDUAL EN ESTE SORTEO. En el caso de que un tribunal u otro órgano de jurisdicción competente considere que alguna de las disposiciones de este Reglamento oficial es ilegal, inválida o inaplicable, dichas disposiciones se limitarán o eliminarán en la medida mínima necesaria para que este Reglamento oficial permanezca, de otra manera, en pleno vigor y efecto. Para quienes residan en New Jersey, las limitaciones establecidas anteriormente no son aplicables cuando los honorarios de los abogados, las costas judiciales u otros daños son obligatorios por ley.

9. Ley vigente/sede: EL SORTEO SE RIGE Y SE INTERPRETARÁ DE ACUERDO CON LAS LEYES DEL ESTADO DE MASSACHUSETTS. ADEMÁS, EL FORO Y LA JURISDICCIÓN PARA CUALQUIER DISPUTA SERÁN EN MASSACHUSETTS. SE SEGUIRÁN LAS NORMAS DE JAMS PARA LA SELECCIÓN DE UN ÁRBITRO, CON LA SALVEDAD DE QUE EL ÁRBITRO DEBERÁ TENER EXPERIENCIA Y LICENCIA PARA EJERCER LA ABOGACÍA EN MASSACHUSETTS. TODOS LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS INICIADOS DE CONFORMIDAD CON ESTE PÁRRAFO SE REALIZARÁN EN EL CONDADO DE MIDDLESEX, MASSACHUSETTS. EL RECURSO PARA CUALQUIER DEMANDA SE LIMITARÁ A LOS DAÑOS REALES, Y EN NINGÚN CASO NINGUNA DE LAS PARTES TENDRÁ DERECHO A RECUPERAR DAÑOS PUNITIVOS, EJEMPLARES, CONSECUENTES, INDIRECTOS, ESPECIALES O INCIDENTALES, INCLUIDOS LOS HONORARIOS DE LOS ABOGADOS U OTROS COSTOS RELACIONADOS CON LA PRESENTACIÓN DE UNA DEMANDA, O A RESCINDIR ESTE ACUERDO O SOLICITAR MEDIDAS CAUTELARES O CUALQUIER OTRA REPARACIÓN EQUITATIVA. LOS PARTICIPANTES ACEPTAN QUE CUALQUIER DISPUTA, RECLAMO O CAUSA DE ACCIÓN QUE SURJA DEL SORTEO O QUE ESTÉ RELACIONADA CON ESTE SORTEO SE RESOLVERÁ INDIVIDUALMENTE SIN RECURRIR A NINGUNA FORMA DE ACCIÓN CONJUNTA.
